Club R150 : Real Ride [via Marifanta]

The Real ride was set after the 3rd quarter officers meeting. The proposal ride is somewhere in Quezon either Lucban or Real. But Real Quezon ride win by majority decision.
The route for this ride is via marilaque and famy but suddenly changed by ride directors to via Marifanta Road which will give the group an another exciting experience through twist and turning road of Rizal and Quezon mountains.

New tires were bought, change oil were done, riding gears were cleaned and bikes were all ready. The south boys need to gear up and take off 0600H to Shell Pugon from Petron Macapagal tambayan because the north boys were waiting there. Marilaque twisties for appetizer, Marifanta twisties for the main course, Boodle Fight at Baywatch beach, Real twisties and Famy stretch for the desserts and Antipolo twisties to complete our Big Sunday meal. And that's for our itinerary.

September 9 of 2012. Arrived at Petron Macapagal Tambayan 0630H instead of before six o'clock, we tried to break the Filipino time but we failed. The group started the usual ride briefing almost 8 in the morning, 24 riders for the head count, a minute for bike check up, quick session for riding tips and technique and of course a powerful Prayer.

Start your engine! Gear up! Lights on! Let's GO!

The EARLY BIRD!  Forza at exactly 5am at Petron Macapagal Tamabayan

After Twisties.. Power Nap!

Lunch Time!

One of the best part.. EATING!

Our last stop. FAMY!

Flat tire was encountered along Marifanta road. Another party from the group were lost too. We tried our best to hit 100% successful ride but It's true and we believe that calm seas never made a good sailor.
But still we aim our goal for zero casualty and 99.9% another great riding experience!

Our fast pacing friendship, Our one passion, the big R in our bike that always remind us of Respect and Responsibility of being a rider, great and challenging riding experience and the strong camaraderie between riders made us really proud of being a Club R150 member.

Up next! Hundred Island, Alaminos Ride and Potipot, Pangasinan Ride!
Keep Riding Defensively!

My September

*8th ~ At Trece Martires, Cavite Province. Spooky, Krahm, Aubrey, Longshot, Blank, and Me were initiated by a popular fraternity "The Good People" (ΤΓΦ) and survived the rituals given to us.
A decade to remember that "Once a Triskelion, Always a Triskelion".
[2002]

*8th ~ At Greenbelt 3 Makati. My first day of my Macintosh days. One of the biggest challenge of my life. No computer background, No Macintosh idea, nothing just me with my pen and notebook.
Nobody knows that a Maritime boy will be an Apple Product Technical Support and an Apple Certified Support Professional 10.7
[2008]

*15th ~ At Guadalupe. July 15, 2012 was saved at Nuestra Señora de Gracia Parish to share our wedding vows. It should be September 8, but I already forget why it became 15.
A day to start a new journey, goodbye single life.
[2011]

*1st ~ At Parañaque. I found myself missing my uniform, I forgot my drivers license and of course I'm late.
Lesson learned : NO haircut on the first day of the month.
[2012]

*30th ~ At Taguig. Target date to transfer on our Home Sweet Home. Full Moon
[2012]

I promise that I will update this ^^ ~iamn0thing

Tulad mo!

i Love Puerto Princesa, Palawan

Palawan - More Fun in the Philippines!

Thanks to Cebu Pacific Air for giving us another great chance to have a good vacation that we decided after our big day. Our flight was set last year of November 11 and it's almost 8 months more before the honeymoon-like vacation. No package tour were set until the very last month, but thanks to Star Miles Package & Tours for a reasonable package that give us a sign that this is now for real.

We exchange our wedding vows 15th of July 2012. Thanks GOD, to our parents, coordinators, suppliers, guests and to all who attended our big day that made everything successful. We're done for a long period of preparations and now we need to think about our next stop, Palawan. But our next big thing is we're all drained, no cents remaining after the big day. We don't have anything but a paid plane ticket and a simple package tour. But we are still lucky, a two hundred bucks that was kept for almost a decade saves our vacation. Now It's final, we will go to Palawan.

We are coming Palawan!

July is one of the ideal month for wedding but not for a vacation yet we are so thankful that our flight to Palawan has a fair weather. Everything were packed and good to go. Woke up early, take a cab to NAIA Terminal 3, board and fly to Palawan.

Puerto Princesa Airport

It's already 9 in the morning when we arrived at the topical paradise city of Puerto Princesa. Welcomed by anonymous man with a placard "Welcome Jhonilyn Dugan" outside the airport. He looks like a stranger but we still come with and ride his van to Casa Fuerte. Sisig and Pork steak for our lunch, and a power nap in preparing for an afternoon City tour. What we remembered on our rainy city tour is Mak-mak, a salt water crocodile, half of Lolong, captured and taken care of Crocodile Farm. Iwahig Prison and Penal farm where prisoners are lounging around freely, nothing to worry for they were only being counted once in a month (for minimum security prisoners). And a manila look-a-like traffic along the city proper. Before the sun set down we went to NCCC department store to buy lingeries, YES! lingeries but of course not mine. Not really sure if my wife forgot her all lingeries or She just wants to buy a new set just because this is our night. BOOM! Now, we need a good dish to complete our day. We tried eating barefooted to the most famous and best value restaurant in the city, Ka Lui! Great food, great ambience turn into a superb dinner treat for us. Thanks Ka Lui for the complimentary dessert.

Who the h#ll are you to welcome my wife? ^^
Palawan Crocodile Farm and Conservation Centre
Iwahig Prison & Penal Farm (rainy afternoon)
Barefoot at famous Ka Lui Restaurant

It's already 6 o'clock in the morning and we are now ready and waiting for the service van. After a 2 hour ride twisties road, 30 minute boat ride and a short hike from the town of Sabang, finally this is it! Puerto Princesa Underground River, one of the 7 Wonders of the World. We experienced more than what we expect assisted by a cool bancero (I forgot to ask his name), We will never forget his tag line "Thank you.. You're welcome!'. On the Sabang beach, I placed our wedding ring on the shore line taking some video clips. EPIC! when our ring suddenly disappeared hit by a wake size wave. Grab a pack of sand and save it. I thought I was gonna be buried alive. Great day to end with a great dinner at Kinabuch Bar and Grill.

7 Wonders of the World
Don't open your mouth!
Our wedding ring - Sabang beach
At Kinabuchs Grill & Bar

For the final day no package tour was set. The plan is to have island hopping and to make it real we talked to some couple having vacationed there with the same concern. We met Tito, Tita and the two lovers. We decided to rent a full pick-up service van for P1,500 and rent a banca for the discounted price of P1,200 for the whole group, instead of P1,500 per head in a package tour of island hopping. The van picks up the 3 couples before the sun rises up. Ride the banca and experienced what they call Honda Bay tour. Swimming, snorkeling and beach bumming was really fun, without this activity our vacation is incomplete. Bounce back to the city proper to have another set of delicious food. A classic filipino restaurant with our own country-style ambience with most popular seafoods and grilled filipino dishes made our tummy super happy. So don't forget to eat at Bilao at Palayok Restaurant.

Going home sweet home

Time to end dreaming the plane is waiting, nothing remains but our way home ticket so better be quick or else stay and regret. Time to thank GOD for giving us an opportunity to witness his 7 wonders of the world, thanks to my aged bux without this.. It's all impossible, thanks to the two lovers at Palawan for letting us save some coins, thanks to Barry our service driver, Ate Len our tour guide, the best bancero ever at Underground River (sorry I don't know your name dude), Casa Fuerte, thanks Palawan, And of course to my beautiful sexy good hearted wife.

Thanks Palawan!

Till next epic vacation but now.. Back to reality, back to work!

First Timer

YES.. It's my first time.

First time to attend church after my wedding.

First time to attend church with my wife.

First time to use my bare palm to receive holy communion.

First time to kiss not the bride but my wife inside the church.

First time to have a date with my wife.

First time to watch a 2 & a half hour movie with my wife.

First time to ride with my wife on my bike.

First time to attend mass, pray, eat, go home, go to bed, sleep with my partner and do the sinful love-making practice and commit another sin but not anymore.

I couldn't tell what it feels like, but from my understanding... It's nothing, nothing but the best! BOOM! ^^

Walang Kwentang Bagay

Wala!

Heart Touching Story

A doctor entered the hospital in hurry after being called in for an urgent surgery. He answered the call asap, changed his clothes & went directly to the surgery block. He found the boy’s father pacing in the hall waiting for the doctor. On seeing him, the dad yelled:
“Why did U take all this time to come? Don’t U know that my son’s life is in danger? Don’t U have any sense of responsibility?”

Th…e doctor smiled & said:
“I am sorry, I wasn’t in the hospital & I came as fast as I could after receiving the call…… And now, I wish you’d calm down so that I can do my work”

“Calm down?! What if your son was in this room right now, would U calm down? If your own son dies now what will U do??” said the father angrily

The doctor smiled again & replied: “I will say what Job said in the Holy Book “From dust we came & to dust we return, blessed be the name of God”. Doctors cannot prolong lives. Go & intercede for your son, we will do our best by God’s grace”

“Giving advises when we’re not concerned is so easy” Murmured the father.

The surgery took some hours after which the doctor went out happy,
“Thank goodness!, your son is saved!” And without waiting for the father’s reply he carried on his way running. “If U have any question, ask the nurse!!”

“Why is he so arrogant? He couldn’t wait some minutes so that I ask about my son’s state” Commented the father when seeing the nurse minutes after the doctor left.

The nurse answered, tears coming down her face: “His son died yesterday in a road accident, he was in the burial when we called him for your son’s surgery. And now that he saved your son’s life, he left running to finish his son’s burial.”

Moral-Never judge anyone….. because U never know how their life is & what they’re going through”

2 Weeks Suspension without pay

It's really nice to be back to work. I know that this is not the great way to take a long vacation but still I have enjoyed it every single day. ^^

How could this happen to me?
Unfortunately I was not able to post the link of my project. The project is a 4 minute happy moments video of our team outing somewhere in laguna. The video was taken using my dslr and edited in iMovie. Posted the said video on youtube. And then my colleagues shared it thru Facebook and that's all folks!

I was given last January 20, 2012 a letter to explain from our HR Department for my failure to obey some company rules such as committing immoral act which violates common decency and has caused scandal to the company and committing of any act amounting to public scandal , particularly that which will jeopardize the image of the company. This type of offense are E or equivalent to Dismissal.
I dont have any choice but to regret everything for what I have done and just ask for a sincere apology even though I'm innocent of the charge they gave me. They're too considerate to a man like me for giving me a two weeks suspension without pay. Thanks for the ExeCom, for their humanitarian, for those people who saved my job. Thanks guys!

My suspension started last January 27, 2012 and ended last February 10, 2012. Sorry for my colleagues who also suffered suspension without pay. I know all of you guys admit guilt for your job. Anyway let us all move on and let go.

A nice short stories with moral lesson.
We are responsible for what we do unless we are celebrities. ^^

I'm impressed, I've never met such a small mind inside such a big head before. PEACE

Our fun and freaky Baguio trip

My girlfriend and I decided to have a quickie vacation trip at the summer capital of the Philippines, city of pines, Baguio City last February 2 & 3 of this year. A two days and a night to unwind was set and a bunch of top tourist spots for our itinerary.

We found the best deal for hotel accommodation in the Prime Hotel at Session road. A reasonable price with inclusive of breakfast, complimentary food and a very good service of hotel staff specially on the reception area, satisfied our stay.
We really enjoyed every second of our simple and quickie vacation. Great weather, great ambience, great food, great people and great places. But for me, the great things for me is the freaky things we've experienced. ^^

PRIME HOTEL

First, we stayed in a very old but not so good room in Prime hotel. If we have more time we will look for another hotel but just because we're tired already from a 7 hour long trip, we only have one choice but to stay. Our Room #216 with a very old story that there's a dead body found few years ago under our bed where we slept, creepy right?, that you can hear some footsteps in the middle of the night, a little girl running in the hallway, and a bunch of creepy story. Maybe that's the reason why I don't want to turn off the tv when we are about to sleep and I felt so weird that night. What the heck! Now I knew it, I will never check in again in this hotel.

ROOM 216

On our second day, we started our day visiting the Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes at Mirador Hill. Pick up by taxi cab from session to Grotto, the taxi driver suggested us to visit the tablet that hold the Guinness World Record title of The Largest 10 Commandments Tablet. With our surprise, we are so excited to visit the place not in our itinerary. So instead of strawberry farm in La Trinidad after the Grotto, we went directly to Dominican Hill to witness the said stone.

LARGEST 10 COMMANDMENTS TABLET

At the Dominican Hill, the door is closed, no guards at all. Without permission we entered the gate and found the said stone. We took some pictures and enjoyed the overlooking of the place. The tablet is so great. But what's behind those great stone is an old and decaying building, the Diplomat Hotel that also sits on the top of the dominican hill.

DIPLOMAT HOTEL

Wall moss, broken glass, broken edges, cracks and holes in the concrete marked the building that it was too old. We are so amazed by this structure because we are looking for the place for our upcoming pre-nup, but because it's too far we considered this place just to hang around. There's a two or three men working inside, asked them if can we get inside the building and they permitted us. We roamed inside the building but not too long, we didn't go upstairs and have a look every room because we really don't know this place even the name of this place or structure. So we just took some pictures from the left and right fountains inside and just observe the cold and silent atmosphere of the place. Then we get out of the building and tried roaming outside looking for nothing. The garden is so fresh with lots of different flowers and few meters is a hectare of pine trees with a flying whistling crow. We ended up enjoying the weirdness of the place walking back to the grotto because there were no available cab to pick up. What I noticed while we are walking around the Dominican hill that lots of houses have the traditionally painted cross on their doors. We don't feel something strange here since we don't know the whole history of the place. But without knowing that I'm in the one of the most haunted places on the Philippines makes me sick.

FOUNTAIN OF BLOOD (Left side)

Structure built in 1915 under Dominican order, constructed first as vacation house for the terminally ill patients in Baguio City, then converted into a school but later turned into vacation house again.

THE STAIRWAY

When the World War II started, this is where the refugees stayed. The Japanese Army Liberation Forces bombed the place and a lot of nuns and priests were beheaded and murdered.

FOUNTAIN OF BLOOD (Right Side)

During the 1970's It was transformed into a hotel but ended It's operation and closed in the 1980's.
It was declared off limits to visitors as well.

This place was used to be an airsofter haven and jogging place for people nearby. A lot of old creepy stories and documentaries about this mysterious mansion was shared. Many believed that the place is really haunted for some visitors and people nearby had a freaky experienced in this building. White lady, beheaded nuns and a priest, running child, whispering and screaming voices and some physical disturbance such as banging doors and windows.

Sorry, we didn't offer any single prayer for we really don't know the place.
Sorry, for visiting without permission, which is not welcome for public viewing.
And to those workers inside, hope they are real and not a ghost.

We never want to have an overnight sleep in a room where someone died. We never want to have a date inside a haunted house. Everything is unexpected, we just realized the story behind those places when we got home, when we shared our story with our friends and tried to search the history of the place we've been.

Thanks for my vacation given by my company. Thanks to my Au for the happy moments. Thanks for this GREAT places for we have experienced something new. Thanks for the unexpected goosebumps. And most especially thank you GOD for the safe vacation.
